Referrals

We prefer to receive referrals via email if possible.

Please include as much information as you can, as to why you are seeking advocacy, and what you hope to achieve.  Please attach relevant documents and send to referrals@southernda.org.au.

Our Resources Page has a download that may assist you in clarifying why you are seeking advocacy.

Anyone can make a request for advocacy, although we have to advocate for the rights and interests of the person with a disability.  Where possible we work with family members and other professionals, but our primary focus is the person with a disability.

We have a Self Advocacy Advice Line where you can request a 15 minute appointment to get some advice on how to advocate for yourself or a family member with a disability.
